Ive stayed here several times and its still one of my favorites. The property is old, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The owners are wonderful and work very hard at maintaining the place. You wont find better place in Grants Pass for this price.
Good location, right near the river and the park. Most motels are at the other end of town where it's just not as pretty.

Just right for traveling through and just need-a-place-to-stay at a reasonable price that is clean, safe, and comfortable. There is a grocery store nearby and plenty of restaurants and I was able to charge my Leaf at the Walmart parking lot about one mile away. I was traveling solo and I felt safe and slept well. The Lady in the office was friendly and efficient.
The beds were comfortable
The outside appearance doesn't represent the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Also the women who runs the establishment is amazing at being so friendly, available and quick to fix anything bothersome.

Clean, comfortable rooms, and the front desk was very responsive to our needs. The motel is near the river, so we were able to walk to a riverview restaurant for dinner.
The rooms were clean and looked to have had the furnishings updated within the last couple of years. The room was very clean - I could find no fault with that at all. At one point my kids and I were in the pool and staff brought over some towels for us without being asked. I appreciated the extra effort and noticed that staff were overall very friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable.
Price was very reasonable and the room while not great was still a good value for the price. Found an excellent coffee shop about 2 blocks away. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well.
Great value- its an older place but the rooms have been updated - it was a really nice room, super comfy bed, classy decor, lots of pillows, clean as a whistle. Nice people running it. They stayed up late to let me check in. Human Bean Coffee stand next door. I stayed on my return trip too.
We enjoyed the room, the location. It was clean and well equipped. We happened to stay there on the first Friday of the month, which happens to be very lively in Grants Pass - bands playing in the streets... The hotel is within walking distance of everything.
Parking, they have a pool (which was pretty dirty btw), good location, comfortable.
